Life, the Universe, and Everything

February 19, 2009toFebruary 21, 2009

This February I will be attending Life, the Universe, and Everything (LTUE), a fantasy/SF literature symposium at BYU. I’m on three panels:

Thursday 19, 10:00am: Looking through a glass darkly
This is a panel on dark fiction; I’m not entirely certain what we’ll be saying about dark fiction, but it’s bound to be interesting.

Thursday 19, 6:00pm: Podcasting for writers
How and why a writer should enter the world of podcasting.

Friday 20, 8:00pm: Writing Excuses podcast
Brandon Sanderson, Howard Tayler, and I will all be on hand to record a few episodes of our writing podcast live, with an audience. These are always fun, and I have it on good authority that Howard will be bringing his “monkey noises” sign again.

Saturday 21, 2:00pm: Reading
I’ll be reading a chapter from “I Am Not a Serial Killer,” probably the first one.
